1. How does it work?

Each deal is featured on alatoolmuscat.com for a limited period of time. Every time we have a new deal, email alerts are sent to all our subscribers so they do not miss any deals. These deals can be purchased online only on www.alatoolmuscat.com & can be enjoyed alone, with family or with a bunch of friends. All one needs to do is refer or share the deal, once the referred friend has purchased the deal within 24hours, your account will be credited with OMR 1. This credit can be used to purchase your next deal.


2. To become a member need to pay for it? 

Absolutely not! Membership is free.  


3. How to subscribe to daily e-mail alert discount?  

Through the top of the page, fill in your e-mail address or by registering as a member, fill out registration information.


4. How do I purchase the deal / offer? 

Simply click the "buy now", you will be taken to order page to confirm your order and payment. Once payment is confirmed  via Credit / Debit or Internet Card the buyer will receive the voucher receipt & the voucher will be sent to buyers registered email and in his/her Alatool Muscat account during or after the deal completes.

The purchases on alatoolmuscat.com can be made in the following manner:

- Visa or Master Credit Card issued in Oman 

- Debit Card issued in Oman  

- Internet Cards : contact your bank located in Muscat to provide you with an Internet Card and refil it whenever the need is.

5. How can I get my vouchers?

After payment is confirmed, your voucher will appear in your registered email account as well as 'My Account' area on alatoolmuscat.com. Check your account and print the voucher during or after the deal completes. If you have paid and haven't received your voucher, please check the spam or junk mail folder. 

 

6. I need to print my redemption vouchers?

Yes. Please print out your redemption voucher and present it to the outlet during the time of purchase.

 

7. If I did not receive redemption vouchers, what can I do?

Sign-in your alatoolmuscat.com account and check in MY ACCOUNT - click on My Vouchers. If you still have not received it, please contact us on support@alatoolmuscat.com and we will help you solve the problem.

 

8. How do I redeem a voucher?

Merchant's place of business will be present in the voucher. Specific redemption instructions with validity terms & conditions will be listed. Part of the renewal may be required before appointment. Please carefully read the instructions on the purchased deal.

 

9. When do the vouchers expire?

As per the period stated on the deal voucher.


10. Can I purchase a voucher as a gift and send it to others?

Of course. You can click directly gift it to a friend  through our ‘Gift A Friend’ module,  after the purchase the coupon will be automatically sent to your friend's personal e-mail address.


11. I can cancel order or refund?

Refunds will not be given, however if something major has let you down, we’ll do all we can by understanding and thereby validating the situation by liaising with the merchant. If a refund is the only option, Alatool Muscat will refund the net value as store credit.

 

12. I want to get listed as a business partner and formulate a deal, what should I do?

Simply mail us on info@alatoolmuscat.com with your business information and we will get in touch with you.


13. Can I speak to someone regarding a particular deal or a query?

The best way to get in touch with us is to post your question under the bottom of the deal - we guarantee a quick response this way or even mail us on support@alatoolmuscat.com. If you want to talk to someone in person, call on +968 99599644 and we will assist you. 


14. Is a purchase done on www.alatoolmuscat.com safe?

Yes. As your purchasing card details will be transmitted by SSL directly to a secure electronic valet. At no time your Credit Card / Debit Card information is stored on our servers.
